The MMRC will return from the Christmas holiday break on the following dates;
Tuesday, 17th January, 2012 - 7PM
Saturday, 21st January, 2012 - 1PM
Sunday, 22nd Janurary, 2012 - MMRC Trip to Daylesford Spa Country Railway and Sunday Market
MMRC General Meeting (Postponed)
The MMRC Committee called a General Meeting for Tuesday, 6th December, 2011. Unfortunately, the meeting has had to be postponed to a later date as a quorum of members was not present within the allocated time cut-off.
The MMRC Committee will advise when the revised General Meeting date is booked in.
Free-mo AU Running Days
The MMRC Clubrooms hosted the first Free-mo Australia Running Day on Saturday, 29th October, 2011.
A very sucessful day, with Owen and Adam's modules connected up to the MMRC's transition module, allowing the Free-mo AU modules to run trains onto the MMRC's permanent layout in the MMRC clubrooms.

A follow up Free-mo AU Running Day is scheduled for Saturday, 17th December, 2011 from 10am to 4pm.
MMRC Permanent Layout Updates
Construction on the MMRC's Permanent Layout has progressed week in, week out, with track being laid for both HO and N scales, scenery added to the south-western corner of the layout, a substantial yard completed for the HO scale layout with an large yard under construction for the N Scale layout.
A full loop has now been completed around the baseboards for the MMRC's N scale layout. Several passing loops have been added to the N scale layout at strategic points to enable passing trains on the mostly single track layout.
A reminder also, that membership fees, that are due, are payable to the Treasurer, Robert, ASAP.
